On may day, we say no shopping, no school, and no work.
May 1st is International Labor Day. It’s also a day of action. We are coming together to build power, both through organizing people and organizing money.
May Day Demands
On May Day, we’re uniting together across Missouri and across the country. We have three demands as we organize.
WORKERS OVER BILLIONAIRES. Restore paid sick days. Enforce the minimum wage. Stop tax giveaways to corporations. Make the wealthy pay their fair share like the rest of us do.
ICE OUT. Stop workplace raids. Defend the 4th Amendment. Protect every worker regardless of status.
DEFEND DEMOCRACY. The people voted. Politicians overturned it. We fight to restore the will of the voters.
wE’RE BOYCOTTING BOTH NATIONAL AND LOCAL BUSINESSES. tOGETHER, WE can leverage our power as consumers to fight back.
